my neighbors dogs woke me up at 6.30 this morning with their yapping and barking, im getting sick of this every weekend.
Time to call the local authoritis me thinks, had enough.
The larger of his two dogs attacked a man delivering flyers the other day and the smaller of the two dogs is still tied up, gets out occasionaly, ran in my house once and wouldnt come out.
I have no problems with his dogs but the constant yapping and barking early in the morning, particularly at weekends is just plain rude.

Yapping dogs are out of order and I hope you make that call so the owners can be warned. It is beyond me as yo why they think that wouldn`t bother anyone.
